Point Blank Supplement Manifesto
Supplement is defined as “something that completes or makes an addition”.
The synonym to supplement is Complement, which is defined as “something that makes up for a deficiency in another thing”. With this in mind, it must be understood that in the world of fitness, these definitions are founded upon the fact there is something that precedes supplements and that something is FOOD! Without a structured eating format that has you eating high quality, nutrient packed foods, supplements are not going to give you the results you desire.
We believe that supplements are great but only if they are used for their true intention, which is to provide you with extra nutrients necessary to help you meet your health, fitness and nutritional needs.
Again, keep in mind that supplements can be very effective but if you are not eating high quality foods and exercising, you will be wasting your time and money! High quality supplements depend on high quality foods to pave the way for their effectiveness.
